Electroglas provides over 200 prober-to-tester interfaces that provide reliable mechanical and electrical connections between the tester and the prober. Some of our interfaces can accommodate multiple tester models.
 
All our interfaces are developed in close cooperation with the tester vendor and in adherence with their specifications and typically qualification integration is performed at the ATE vendor site.
 
New interfaces can usually be developed within the lead-time of the tester. From a simple cable out application to the most advanced tower-less direct dock solutions with automatic probe card changers, Electroglas can provide the right interface for your application.
 
Electroglas also provides hinged manipulators. Bolted to the prober, they provide extremely high docking repeatability in a very small foot-print.
 
Various models are available and with capacities up to 1500 Kg test head weight, the largest existing test-heads can be manipulated quickly and safely.
