Customers maximize the productivity and value of Electroglas products by taking advantage of comprehensive, hands-on training. Customers from throughout the world benefit from instruction received at the state-of-the-art Electroglas Global Training Facility, located in San Jose, California, and from training conducted on-site or at an Electroglas Regional facility. Electroglas' commitment to technical training is reflected in the high quality of courses offered by the company.

Operation and maintenance:

Prober software:

Class duration is from one to three weeks depending on the product. An experienced, PBET-certified professional with extensive product knowledge and effective communication skills leads each of the classes. Class is normally limited to 6 students (8 students is the absolute maximum) to facilitate maximum individual participation.

Training credits

Each new prober sold includes one (1) training credit good for a single week of training at the Global Training Center in San Jose, or can be credited toward an on-site class. This credit is transferable between customer sites with the approval of the manager of the site to whom the prober was shipped.
