San Jose Class Cancellation Policy

Please notify the Global Training Center of cancellations at least ten working days prior to the starting date of the course to avoid a 5-percent administrative cancellation fee. If you cancel your enrollment three working days prior to scheduled class, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the cost of the class. In case of no show, you will be required to pay the full amount.

To secure your enrollment, we must receive a method of payment (i.e., purchase order, check or cash), no later than two weeks before the course starting date.

On-Site Class Policy

Please notify the Global Training Center of cancellations at least twenty working days prior to the starting date of the course to avoid a 5-percent administrative cancellation fee. If you cancel your enrollment fifteen working days prior to scheduled class, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the cost of the class. If you cancel your enrollment ten working days prior to scheduled class, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 75 percent of the cost of the class. If you cancel your enrollment five working days prior to scheduled class, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the cost of the class.
