MEDICAL
Electroglas offers you and your family a choice of three medical programs. One of the medical plans, Prudent Buyer, offers an opportunity to choose at the point of service between in-network and out-of-network benefits. Two plans are Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO's) CaliforniaCare and Kaiser.

DENTAL
Electroglas offers one dental plan provided by Cigna.

VISION
Electroglas offers vision care through Vision Service Plan (VSP). VSP has an extensive network of providers.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
Employees may set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible dependent care and out-of-pocket medical expenses. Contributions are deducted from your paycheck before Federal and State taxes.

LIFE INSURANCE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
Electroglas provides employees with Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment protection. Each are paid at two times (2x) your annual salary. Additional Term Life Insurance is available for purchase through payroll deductions.

BUSINESS TRAVEL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
All regular full time employees, while traveling on company business, are covered at no cost for Travel and Accident Insurance at five times (5x) your annual salary up to a maximum of $500,000.

SHORT TERM DISABILITY
After satisfying a seven day waiting period, employees will receive a supplement to the State Disability (SDI) or Workers' Compensation payment. These benefits are payable up to 26 weeks.

LONG TERM DISABILITY
Electroglas provides long-term disability insurance at no cost to the employee. Beginning on the 181st day of disability, LTD pays 60% of your monthly salary up to a maximum benefit of $10,000 per month. LTD will continue as long as you are disabled up to age 65.

401(k)
All regular employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan at the beginning of the month following their hire date. You may contribute between 1-60% of your pre-tax pay.

STOCK PURCHASE PLAN
Through payroll deductions, employees may contribute up to 15% of their salary to purchase shares of Electroglas Common Stock. Stock will be purchased on your behalf at the rate of 85% of the Fair Market value.

PAID TIME OFF
Full-time employees receive ten (10) holidays per year in addition to vacation days. Vacation accrual increases with years of service up to a maximum of 240 hours. Non-exempt employees will be allocated 48 hours of sick leave on the first of January each year. New employees will be allocated sick leave on a pro-rated basis.

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE
Regular full time employees may receive educational assistance for job related courses taken at accredited institutions. Tuition, registration, books, etc. are reimbursed at 100%, up to a maximum of $5,000 per calendar year when a passing grade is obtained.

WELLNESS PROGRAM
Electroglas offers a financial incentive for you to get fit and stay healthy. You will be reimbursed up to $100 annually for a sponsored wellness activity.

CASH BONUS
We are pleased to share our business results with our employees. The calculation is based on company performance and paid to employees when proper levels of profits are reached.

IN ADDITION
Electroglas sponsors recreational and social activities to celebrate company achievements. Employees may join the Keypoint Credit Union and take advantage of the services offered. Discount cards for various attractions and amusement parks are available in addition to PriceCostco membership opportunity.
